Horse Tail

It is a plant rich in minerals, especially silicon, very important in the health of the hair, providing elasticity and firmness to the hair. It can be taken as a decoction of 1 tablespoon per glass twice a day, or in tablets of 500 to 1,000 mg, divided into 1 to 2 doses a day.

Sabal

The most important plant in the treatment of alopecia of androgenic origin (male hormone), mainly in men, but also in women. In this second case, the cause is due to an excess of male hormones. The intake is 300 to 600 mg of dry extract of sabal berries each day, divided into 1 to 2 intakes per day.

Ginkgo Biloba

The leaves of this tree stimulate the microcirculation of the scalp, favoring the supply of nutrients to the hair, helping to prevent hair loss and stimulate its growth. It is necessary to take 60 to 140 mg of dry extract, divided into 1 to 2 doses per day. It is not recommended if anticoagulants are taken.

Alfalfa

One of the richest plants in nutrients (vitamins, minerals, and amino acids) necessary for hair health. Helps reduce fall’s impact on hair. It is recommended to take 3 to 6 grams a day before meals.

Hyaluronic Acid

B Complex

Natural Hair Loss Lotion

Prepare a decoction of birch, rosemary, alfalfa, Ginkgo Biloba, and nettle, adding a level tablespoon of each plant to half a liter of mineral water. Let it boil for 10 minutes over low heat and turn off. Then it is left to rest for 15 minutes covered. It has to be filtered and transferred to a glass bottle. Finally, you have to add 100 ccs of brandy (or a similar drink).

For the treatment, apply 5 to 10 drops of this lotion on the scalp, while at the same time giving yourself a light massage. You have to do it 4 to 5 times a week. Don’t forget to shake the bottle every time before using it.
